 SALES, RETURN AND SHIPPING POLICIES

Policies (Please read  our policies below before submitting your Order Form. By submitting the Order Form,  you agree to all the terms.)

Sales.

1/. Buyers agree to pay Jade & Gifts, and authorize Jade & Gifts to charge their credit cards given on the order form the price of the acquired merchandise and the relative delivery cost.
2/. Buyers also agree to pay taxes, tariffs and custom duties levied by their governments on the merchandises acquired from Jade & Gifts. Michigan residents have to pay 6% sales tax.
3/. All orders are delivered at buyers' risk. Orders delivered to an USA address will be covered by insurance. Orders delivered to an address other than an USA address are not covered by insurance unless specially arranged for.
4/. Loss and or damage caused in transit on all insured items are the responsibilities of the carrier. Jade & Gifts is not responsible for such loss and damage.
5./ We accept all major credit cards.
6./ We do not take personal check. Money order and cashier check are accepted only at our discretion on individual basis.
7./ We are a USA based company maintaining different operating centers in the Far East. Some of our products may be shipped directly from outside USA in order to reach the customers more quickly
8/. We reserve the right to refuse any order

Shipping & Handling

We ship via United State Postal Service

Domestic USA

All pendants will be shipped by Insured First Class Mail, Insured Priority Mail or Express Mail as selected by customers.

All bangles, bracelets and figurines will be shipped by insured Priority Mail or Express Mail as selected by customers.

Shipping Cost

1/. First Class Mail at $4 per item.  Add $2 per item for item beyond one
2/. Priority Mail at $6.50 per order up to 2 items.  Add $3 on each additional item beyond 3.
3/. Express airmail at $15.00 per order up to 3 items. Add $4 on each additional item beyond 3.

All pendants will be shipped by insured first class airmail if not specified otherwise by the customers. All bracelets, bangles and necklaces will be shipped by insured Priority mail if not specified otherwise. Please give instruction in the 'Special Request' Box on the order form.

International, including Canada

1/. By Priority airmail or registered airmail as selected by customer at $15.00 per order of 2 items or less. Add $3 on each additional item beyond  or
2/. By Express airmail at cost depending on weight and destination, starting from $25. Please give instruction in the 'Special Request' panel,

Orders shipped from our operating centers outside USA

We maintain several operating centers in the Far East. Shipping charge will be calculated same as those items were sent from USA mainland.

Return & Exchange

Return will not be accepted without a Return Authorization Number from us

Your satisfaction on the products acquired from us is guaranteed. If you are  not satisfied with our products for whatever reasons, subject to the exceptions listed below, you can get a full refund on the price of the acquired merchandise or an exchange within 14 days from date of delivery. A Return Authorization Number must be obtained from us prior to shipping back the return item. Return item must not be damaged and in its original shape without any alteration. Delivery charges and sales taxes are  non-refundable. All returns are shipped back at the senders' risk. Exchanged items will be shipped free to the customers by insured airmail unless  other method specially requested  by the customers and the cost paid.

We have a 'no question ask' return policy within 14 days prescribed as above. Beyond the period, return request must be supported by solid ground with supporting proof and subject to our approval.

All return orders must be sent back insured to Jade & Gifts at the following address:

Non-Refundable Items.

 It is explicitly expressed that under the following circumstances,  orders are non-refundable

1/.Unauthorized returns which represents items shipped back to us without obtaining a Return Authorized Number from us are non-refundable.
2/.Orders  abandoned by the buyer at Custom due to unwillingness to pay tariffs and custom duties are non- refundable.
3/.Product damaged, altered and not in its original shape are non- refundable.

Treatment on Unauthorized Returns and Abandoned  Orders

We are not responsible for unauthorized returns and abandoned orders shipped back  to us without a Return Authorization Number.

Return Procedure

1/. Obtain a Return Authorization Number from us as soon as possible by email quoting our receipt number.
2/. Mark the RAN on the outside of the returned parcel and ship it back as soon as possible but not later than 14 days from date of our delivery.
3/. Insured your return order as it is shipped at sender’s risk and should be sent to Jade & Gifts, 2252 Hickory Circle Drive, Howell, MI 48855, USA or other operating centers as directed by us.
4/.On receipt of the return item, you will be refunded the full value of the purchase price of the return item if it is not damaged, altered and in its original shape. Delivery charges and sales taxes are non-refundable.                                 5./We maintain operating centers in USA, Hong Kong and China.  Returns may be requested to be shipped back to the center where it is sent.
