Clay Township - Algonac
Unique shops and dining. 1700 LF boardwalk, and lots of yard sales! Algonac State Park with campling, boat launch, archery, and trap ranges. Clay Algonac Historical Museum at 1240 St. Clair River Drive with early 1800's log cabin and artifacts.
Marine City
Marine City is a mecca for antique enthusiasts. There are seven antique shops and two antique malls to delight the collector. There are numerous places to have dinner and a drink and five waterfront parks offering a beautiful stroll along the river. Nineteenth century architecture abounds with many examples of Victorian era styles in private homes. Historic City Hall, built in 1884, and right on M-29 is being readied for major restoration work. Lenox Township
Lenox Township is having a neighborhood comminity yard sale during the AYST. From M-29 head West on N. Belle River (0.2 mile), turn left on Degurse Ave (0.7 mile), turn right on King Rd. (0.1 mile) and turn left on Marine City Hwy. (11.2 miles), Marine City Highway becomes 26 Mile (0.5 mile), turn right into Millstone Pond, before Meijer, 37781 Sandstone Trail, Lenox, MI 48048. From I-94 take exit 248, head East of 26 Mile Rd., turn left into Milstone Pond, after Meijer, 37781 Sandstone Trail, Lenox, MI 48048.
St.Clair
Quaint and serene village-like atmosphere on the banks of the St. Clair River. Take a stroll on the longest freshwater boardwalk in the world or visit one of the unique shops. Ample restaurants within walking distance of the downtown area. Vendor set-up in Riverview Plaza parking lot. Our town is also home to many businesses, factories, and shops, some of which have been here for generations.
